Gigpie connects to the calendar, payment, and messaging tools your team already relies on, and works with whatever video platform each educator prefers, so switching platforms doesn't mean switching everything else.
Payments
Stripe Connect
Your company connects its own Stripe account, so family payments settle directly to your bank. Gigpie's flat 2% fee is collected automatically at checkout.
Bank transfer (ACH)
Families can pay by direct bank debit through Stripe, in addition to cards. Stripe's ACH rate is 0.8% capped at $5 per transaction, which matters on larger packages.
Calendar & Scheduling
Google Calendar
Gigpie pushes every booked session to a connected educator's calendar and reads busy times at booking, so a personal appointment recorded only in Google still blocks the slot.
Microsoft Outlook Calendar
The same push and booking-time conflict check for educators who run their schedule out of Outlook or Microsoft 365.
Add to calendar (.ics)
Every session includes a one-click add-to-calendar link for parents and students on any calendar app.
Video Conferencing
Bring your own meeting link
Educators paste the meeting URL they already use, Zoom included, onto each session. Families get a Join button in the portal and the link in reminder emails. Pasted links work for every platform; Gigpie does not create Zoom meetings automatically.
Google Meet
When Gigpie creates a session event on an educator's connected Google Calendar, Google attaches a Meet link and it lands on the session automatically.
Microsoft Teams
Teams links work the same way through a connected Outlook calendar: created with the calendar event, attached to the session.
Communications
SMS / CRM texting
Twilio-backed two-way texting with leads and families lands in the same CRM inbox as email and calls. A text from an unknown number automatically creates a lead. Session reminders ride the same number: texts send once a business number is connected, and email sends regardless.
AI phone agent
Answers an inbound call when nobody at the desk can pick up, and leaves a recording and transcript on the call record for you to review later.
Gmail & Outlook inbox connect
Connect an educator or admin inbox so email threads with families land in the CRM inbox alongside SMS and call history.
Marketing
Google Ads
Connect your Google Ads account to sync conversion actions and pull campaign performance into the Sales Acquisition report, so you can see which campaigns become enrolled families.
