What does Gigpie cost compared to a subscription tool?
A flat 2% of what you collect through the platform, and nothing before that: no monthly fee, no seat fees, no minimum. Collect $10,000 in a month and you pay $200; collect nothing in August and you pay nothing in August. The pricing page has a calculator, and the comparison pages have the exact math against specific tools.
Can I migrate from TutorBird or Teachworks?
Yes, we can help you migrate all of your data. Just contact us at support@gigpie.com and we'll do the import work with you.
How long does setup take?
About 30 minutes to go live: create the account, add your packages, invite coaches. Payments start flowing within a few days, once Stripe finishes verifying your business. A full migration from another system takes a few weeks, and migration help is included.
Do you send text message reminders?
Yes. Session reminders go out by text and email, 28 hours before and again 1 hour before each session, and both timings are configurable. Texts send from your own business number once it's connected, and the same number runs the CRM: an SMS from an unknown number becomes a lead, and staff reply from the inbox that holds email and call history.
Is there a mobile app?
Nothing to install: the parent portal runs in any mobile browser and looks and feels like a native app, so parents book sessions, pay, and read progress notes from their phones without downloading anything.
