How to enroll your student in a group class

Overview

Use this guide to enroll your student in a group class. You'll browse available classes, view the schedule and details, and choose your enrollment method.

Before you start

• You are logged in as a parent.
• Your student is added to your family account.
• You have an active package or payment method for drop-in.

Steps

1. 1

   Sign in as a parent

   Go to login

   Use your parent account credentials to access the dashboard.

   Navigate to Group Classes

   Browse Group Classes

   Click on Group Classes in the navigation menu to see all available group sessions and classes.

   Browse available classes

   Review the list of available group classes. You can see the class title, subject, schedule, coach, and current enrollment.

   View class details

   Click on a class to view full details including the complete schedule, coach information, description, and pricing options.

   Click Enroll

   Click the Enroll button to begin the enrollment process for your student.

   Select your student

   If you have multiple children, select which student you want to enroll in this class.

   Choose enrollment method

   Select how you want to pay for the class:

   • Package: Use hours from an existing package (if the package allows this class)
   • Drop-in: Pay per session with a credit card
   • Complimentary: Free enrollment (if offered by your coach/school)

   Select a package (if using package hours)

   If paying with a package, choose which package to use. Only packages that allow group classes will be shown.

   Review and confirm

   Review the enrollment details including class schedule, selected student, and payment method. Click Confirm Enrollment.

    Enrollment confirmation

    You'll see a confirmation message and the class sessions will now appear on your student's schedule.

    

What you'll accomplish

• Your student is enrolled in the group class.
• All class sessions appear on your student's schedule.
• You receive a confirmation notification.
